Our products
Management Agreements
This is our core product and forms the basis of our operational business unit. An MGA Management Agreement essentially makes us responsible for the overall performance of a site.
MGA Management Agreements are designed for non-operational owners who require professional and accountable management across all aspects of day to day operations.
Essential components of a Management Agreement include preparation of an annual Business Plan, Operating Budget and Sales & Marketing Plan. A formal report that includes commentary on these areas is presented to the owner/s during a Monthly Business Review.
Consultancy
MGA offers developers and independent site operators an opportunity to engage experienced hospitality managers to review their project or business and advise on key opportunities that may exist, then assist with the delivery of those opportunities.
MGA can tailor a consultancy agreement to suit most individual needs. The period of engagement is flexible and can range from a single appointment for a specific project through to an ongoing role offering scaled levels of involvement.
Due Diligence (included in consultancy services)
We believe it is vitally important that our clients are able to make informed decisions about whether a presented opportunity would be a viable acquisition for them.
Clients can choose from either a Preliminary Review or a Complete Due Diligence Report dependant upon their individual requirements. Both products include a report for each site analysed, the scope of which will typically include:
- Current performance analysis
- Quantified risks and opportunities
- Commercial review of all current agreements (e.g. leases, supplier agreements etc)
- Review and commentary on all in-house (i.e. vendor) reports provided
