In Australia, the Hotel & Resort market is dominated by 3 or 4 large accommodation providers. These big players operate literally 100's of properties each under a brand hierarchy that strives to offer something for everyone.

The MGA business model is vastly, and deliberately different. We do not set out to be all things to everyone. We are in the process of building a specific portfolio of properties, selected on aspects of location, design, facilities and above all a "unique selling point" for each.

The MGA portfolio comprises quality properties typically located in either convenient and/or sought after destinations. Whilst we generally seek to operate independent properties, we can also operate a site under a franchised brand or Marketing Services Agreement.

Our stated goal is to be the leading operator of independent CBD and regional accommodation sites in eastern Australia, not the biggest!

As such, we can offer property owners a range of unique and significant advantages that can not typically be provided by the large corporations that operate accommodation in Australia.

    MGA takes an inclusive approach to its relationships with the property owners, including such initiatives as inviting owners to key strategy meetings with MGA management and inviting owners to attend regular site visits with MGA.

    MGA offer a Monthly Business Review “reporting pack” to our owners that ensures the same information is consistently reported in the same format and in accordance with an agreed schedule. This is intended to keep owners informed of the property's performance against a range of KPI's and ensures owners have relevant data to meet all statutory requirements.
